In order to place a network into "seasonal suspension" this option must have been part of the original contract terms.  When networks are placed into this suspended status, no traffic will be allowed to pass across any part of the network including both WAN and/or LAN traffic.


To request your network be placed into a seasonal suspension status, please create a "New Support Ticket" and include both the date and time you would like the network placed into this status.


30 day notification is required for all seasonal suspension requests.
